From your spec to your shelf
We agree the details before we run a machine. Nothing goes into production without your written sign-off.
Share your spec
Tell us the product, size, thickness, colour, print and monthly volume. If you are switching from plastic, send us the bag you use today and we will match it.
Get samples
We make samples to that specification so you can test them with your own products, staff and customers.
Sign off
You approve the sample and a written specification. That document is what every run is checked against.
Production
Your order runs on blown-film and conversion lines, with printing and cutting to the approved spec.
Delivery
Packed, labelled with batch details and dispatched. Repeat orders follow the same spec.
Questions buyers ask
If yours isn't here, ask us directly.
Will a compostable bag carry the same weight as plastic?
It can, when the thickness and design are right for the load. That is why we sample first: you test the bag with what you actually carry before ordering.
How long do compostable bags last on the shelf?
Compostable material is designed to break down, so it has a shorter shelf life than plastic. Store it cool, dry and out of direct sunlight, and plan stock around regular reorders.
Will it break down in a normal dustbin or landfill?
Certified compostable products break down fastest in industrial composting. Home compost and landfill are slower and less predictable.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product and whether it is printed. Send us your requirement and we will tell you the minimum for that item.
What are your payment terms?
We agree them before production starts and put them in writing with your specification.
